AXARTOOLS uses WebAssembly (WASM) to execute all computation directly inside your browser's sandbox. Your files never leave your device — there are zero server uploads, zero telemetry, and zero third-party data sharing. What happens in your browser stays in your browser.

Once the WASM modules have been fetched and cached by your browser, all tool logic runs fully offline. You can compress images, convert PDFs, run calculators, and encode data without any active network connection. Initial asset load still requires internet.

AXARTOOLS supports JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, SVG, and HEIC/HEIF. You can compress within the same format or convert between any combination. The engine uses MozJPEG for JPEG, OxiPNG for PNG, and libvips-backed WASM pipelines for AVIF and WebP.

PDF compression re-encodes embedded images at lower quality and removes redundant binary streams without altering page layout or text fidelity. The process runs entirely client-side using a WASM-compiled PDF engine — no upload, no cloud processing.

Yes. Tools like Base64 Encoder, JWT Decoder, JSON-to-CSV, and the Hash Generator are deterministic, stateless utilities with no external calls. Sensitive tokens or private keys processed through these tools are never transmitted anywhere.
